Morning Session: Black Belt Pre-Test & TAC Training
The Pre-test and TAC Training is a combined event; all test candidates must attend the entire session.

Black Belt Pre-Test & TAC Training
* Pre-test candidates will demonstrate their skills to qualify for the April Black Belt Test.
* All participants will join in TAC training immediately following the pre-test.
* This is a single, continuous training session for all attendees.

- Those not attending the Judging Certification Training will be dismissed at 1:30 PM.


 Afternoon Session: Judging Certification Training 
* This is a separate session and not part of TAC Training
* Training Time: 1:30 PM - 4:30 PM

- Price: $15

Qualifications: 
Time/Score Keeper:
- Cho Dan Bo at least 14 years old or 5th Gup and at least 16 years old
- Pass the Written Test
Corner Judge:
- Been a Time/Scorekeeper with documented experience of at least 1 championship (Log sheet required)
- Dan member at least 16 years old
- Pass written and practical test for Corner Judge
Regional Center Judge:
- Been a Certified Corner Judge with documented experience of at least 2-3 championships (Log sheet required)
- Pass written and practical test for Center Judge
International Judge:
- Been a Certified Regional Center Judge with documented experience as Regional Center (Log sheet required) - Judged at a World Championship - Pass written and practical test

Note:  Certified judges are essential for maintaining the integrity and fairness of competitions. It ensures that matches are judged with consistency and expertise, upholding the standards of the sport and fostering respect among participants.

GENERAL RELEASE: I hereby agree for myself and/or my child (or children, as the case may be) and our respective heirs, assigns and legal representatives, to indemnify, defend and hold the

World Tang Soo Do Association and its officers, directors, board members, employees, volunteers, agents, independent contractors, instructors, counselors, participating studios, Regional Director(s), and affiliates (together, the "WTSDA")
Other participants
Region 2 and its employees, volunteers and agents (collectively, with the WTSDA and other participants, the "Staff") harmless from any and all claims and causes of action of any nature for any and all losses, expenses, personal injury or illness, including but not limited to death, which may occur to me and/or my child or which may be aggravated during or by any activity during the course of the program in which have decided to allow myself and/or my child to engage.
I further waive all claims or causes of action, which and/or my child may now or hereafter have against the Staff which may at any time arise directly or indirectly from my and/or my child's participation in the program. further expressly understand and agree the foregoing indemnity. release and waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the state of Arizona and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full force and effect.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: Individually and/or on behalf of any minor child, expressly and specifically assume any and all risk of injury. illness, death, or property damage resulting from my Tang Soo Do ("TSD") activities and all activities participated in while at this event. Further, I, individually and on behalf of my minor child, understand that such activities are strenuous and dangerous and should be engaged in only by persons in good health understand that should consult a physician before enrolling myself and/or my child in the program described for herein. - understand the risks involved and accept all of the risks.

MEDICAL RELEASE: Individually and/or on behalf of any minor child, further hereby release the Staff from any claim whatsoever which may arise as a result of any first aid, treatment, or services or assistance provided to me in connection with any injury that arises from activities at the event for which am registering.

Take full responsibility for my own and my child(s) welfare and safety during TSD or TSD related activities.
Hereby give permission for emergency medical treatment to be administered as deemed appropriate by the Staff.
INSURANCE: I UNDERSTAND THAT MUST HAVE MY OWN HEALTH INSURANCE TO COVER ME AND/OR MY CHILD. Understand that the WTSDA does not carry insurance to cover injuries and losses that may befall me and/or my child. Further, understand and agree that should medical attention be required, and/or my insurance provider shall be responsible for all costs associated with such medical attention.

PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE: I consent on behalf of myself and my minor child, to be photographed and to allow WTSDA REGION 2 to use any photos of myself and/or my minor child at its sole discretion, without compensation.

RULE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: I understand that myself, and my minor child, are required to observe and obey all rules and regulations governing the event a m registering for and failure to do so may result in me and/or my child's expulsion from this event, without a refund. Further, I acknowledge and understand that the WTSDA and each of the martial arts studios which are members of the WTSDA are private organizations and they make their own rules and regulations which are final and unappealable. I further understand and agree that all fees paid hereunder are NONREFUNDABLE Further, I, individually and/or on behalf of any minor child, further hereby release the WTSDA and its staff from any claim whatsoever which may arise as a result of any first aid, treatment or services or assistance provided to me in connection with any injury that arises from activities at the event for which am registering. take full responsibility for me and my child(s) welfare and safety during TSD or any activities offered during this event.

WTSDA Event (the "Event") COVID Waiver - Region 2 and the World Tang Soo Do Association ("WTSDA"), together with the owners and operators of the location where this event will be held (as well as the instructors, panelists, and other members (collectively, "we") we are working very hard to protect the health and welfare of all students, parents, and instructors. However, since there is still so much that is unknown about the Novel Coronavirus (or COVID-19) (the "Virus"), we are asking that you attest to your understanding and agreement with the following:

1. Despite our cleaning efforts, social distancing, and other requirements, we cannot guarantee you will not catch the Virus, further participating in the event can increase your risk (and your child's risk, if applicable) of contracting the Virus; PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT is AT YOUR OWN RISK We're not responsible or liable for any physical illness, injury or bodily harm that may result, directly or indirectly, because of your participation in the event.

2. By signing below, and by participating in the Event, I acknowledge the contagious nature of the Virus and voluntarily assume the risk that my child(ren) and/or may be exposed to or infected by the Virus by participating in the Event and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by the Virus at the Event may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including but not limited to, the school, its employees, volunteers, and other participants and their families. voluntarily agree to assume all ofthe foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to my child(ren) or myself (including. but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness (including, but not limited to the Virus), damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense. of any kind, that or my child(ren) may experience or incur in connection with my child(ren)'s attendance at the Event ("Claims" On my behalf, and on behalf of my children, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the WTSDA. the school or other facility where the Event is being held, their respective employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. - understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the WISDA the school or other facility where the Event is being held, their respective employees, agents, and representatives, whether a Virus infection occurs before, during, or after participation in the Event

3. We are requiring that all students, instructors, parents, and visitors comply with all rules regarding personal protective equipment, hand-washing, and social distancing. Failure to comply will result in you being asked to leave the premises.

4. You are NOT permitted to participate in the Event (or be on the premises) if: a. You are not feeling well b. You have a fever You have, within the last 14 days exhibited symptoms of the Virus d. You have, within the last 14 days been diagnosed or tested positive for the Virus e. You have, within the last 14 days been in close contact with someone who has either (1) exhibited symptoms of the Virus, or (2) been diagnosed or tested positive for the Virus.

5. As the Center for Disease Control (CDC), our government, and scientists learn more about the Virus, our rules and requirements may change We will endeavor to communicate all rule changes to you promptly. but we ask that you be flexible, understanding. and courteous in the event of such changes.

6. Any behavior (whether in response to being asked to comply with rules related to protecting each other from the Virus or otherwise) that we believe is inconsistent with our core values of respect and obedience or our motto of brotherhood will notbe tolerated, and you will be asked to leave the premises.
